  • Is Prior Experienced Needed? You do not need prior short sale experience to complete this program.
    However, agents who have closed transactions before may implement faster.

  • Is it State Specific? This certification is designed to be nationally applicable.

    While the legal nuances of short sales and negative equity vary by state, the strategic framework, consultation structure, positioning system, and authority model apply across markets.

    We will be working closely with the Founding Cohort to ensure the material is fully relevant for your specific state.

    John McConnin was previously licensed as both an Attorney and Real Estate Salesperson in Florida before returning to San Diego. He is currently licensed as an Attorney and Broker in California.

    In addition, our team includes Phil Mills, a top-producing short sale Realtor based in Arizona.

    This program is built from real-world experience across multiple markets not theory.

  • What if I Don't Use Wordpress? Wordpress is the platform we use for content marketing. It is optional.

    The core strategy — certification, positioning, content authority, and keyword dominance, can be applied on other platforms.

  • How Much Time Per Week? Plan for approximately 3–5 hours per week during the 4 Week Program.

    We host two live sessions each week (with replays available), and you’ll spend additional time implementing your authority platform and content strategy. However, we believe content creation and or paid marketing will be important if you desire to continue to get listings and buyers.
