Short Sale Attorney Negotiator

McConnin Law utilizes our experienced management team, cutting edge technology and the Law to maximize the successful outcome of your short sale. We currently work with clients and agents throughout California, Florida and Arizona. We have designed a system and technology that allows Realtors to focus on what they do best, listing and selling properties, while we ensure the short sale closes.

Unlike many competitors, we do not charge any up front fees. We are paid, only when the file closes. We have chosen this approach to convey our confidence to clients. We commit 100′s of hours of work on files knowing we will only paid if we do our job…and that is exactly what we do.

Successful negotiations with your lender is the single most important component to a successful short sale, however we understand it is not the only one. Realtors need to have the education and experience to ensure the short sale closes as well. For this reason we carefully select and accept files. Remember we are working for free unless the short sale is successful, so we do not want to waste our time, only to fall a victim to an inexperienced agent. We have created a powerful short sale training program, that we require agents to complete, before we will accept a file from them. It not only trains them on key aspects of short sales, but we take it a step further, providing training on asset protection & credit repair techniques…and much more. Once the agent has completed our training they will receive the Certified Advisor™ designation.

When you work with McConnin Law and Certified Advisor Designee, you know you are in good hands. In most cases homeowners pay nothing to have McConnin Law process and manage a short sale.* McConnin Law is paid 1% of the sales price of the home, we are paid from the 6% commission the lender pays. Typically the listing agent and buyers agent split the remaining 5% commission 2.5% / 2.5% . Clients of Certified Advisor agents will also receive discounted legal services, up to 75% off of our normal legal fees if desired.

*McConnin Law charges a minimum of $2500 to process a short sale, in some cases homeowners selling properties worth less that $250,000 elect to pay a portion of our fee not covered by the 1% of the sales price.
