We are building out a network of Attorneys across the country:
- Members client’s receive preferred rate on Underwater Analysis by an attorney
- Members client’s receive preferred rate on review of approval letters by an attorney
- Members may refer files to our Attorneys to negotiate your short sales. Files may or may not be accepted by the law firm after review. (We will provide you with the critera we typically use (at the moment we only allow two law firms to negotiate short sales for Certified Advisors… but we may expand coverage after carefully screening and review of results.)
We currently have attorneys in CA, FL, CO, NM, AZ and a few other states.
The California network is fully built out and functioning smoothly.
McConnin law firm has been negotiating short sales and advising clients for outside agents since 2008. California agents (and their short sale clients) will be accepted into this program on a limited basis.
